Electronic Submission and Acceptance of Rentals

Submission is done electronically within one month from the date of signature, using the unique taxisnet codes, and acceptance of the form by the tenant is required.

Thus, a complete electronic record is created for property rentals, and in the future, the rental registration number will be required by other applications of taxisnet, e.g., the Ministry of Finance's information system, such as rental details entered in form E2.

When is the private agreement submitted?

Property lessors - property sublessors, and those who lease land and property are obliged to declare, electronically, all the informational elements of the original or amended lease agreements or of the lease, whether it is a written or verbal agreement, and regardless of whether the rent is paid in cash or in kind.
